Allow to set maximum custom playlist length via a config variable

I think it would be great to allow users to set their own playlist length limit. I know there are performance concerns with the current DB structure, but I would give this option to the user nevertheless. There was no problem with a playlist with 10 000 videos when tested locally (added via a curl script).
