[Meta] CI builds on multiple OS

We suspect that some Invidious problems (like crashes or memory leak) are caused by "broken" builds.

Describe the solution you'd like

We need to have CI builds made on different OS (Debian/Arch/Alpine and maybe more) that output binaries that can then be downloaded and tested. Ideally this should be done on a separate repository so that we don't clutter the main repository's Actions.

Binaries must be available as releases (so that people without a Github account can download them).

Binaries must be named invidious-distroname (so for example invidious-debian).
