New server type

Describe the enhancement

The current NanoLimbo repository at https://github.com/Nan1t/NanoLimbo is not being updated to support the latest minecraft versions.

The best available fork, maintained by one of the NanoLimbo contiributors, can be found here: https://github.com/BoomEaro/NanoLimbo/tree/feature/1.21.2

I suggest that NanoLimbo server type should download .jar from this fork instead.
