[Feature] Show used tokens

Please describe your idea.

In the window you can select the max tokens but the generative output doesn't show how many tokens were used.

Describe how the idea would be helpful

Helps those who are paying for GPT to estimate how many tokens they are using

Additional context

vscode extension CodeGPT plugin allows me to send a request and then it shows how many were used.

Other than that, this extension is the best implemented version of GPT for Obsidian. Great job!

This is a great idea! Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. The latest version 1.1.5 has just been released and it already includes this feature.

Additionally, I have added a button in the plugin's settings, allowing users to enable this new functionality based on their preferences. I hope this update meets your expectations!
