Opening `NOCD.SI` and playing NoCD_Movie leads to wierd waveform issues

When opening nocd.si from a real 1.1 release of Lego Island playing back the waveform for the No CD animation the first time leads to a correct play but any subsequent plays will result in weird behavior

same but i get it on any .si file but when i extract it its fine
