DEF desc. for item_rockets have incorrect count

The code sets the ammo count for rockets to 4 or 8 (large), but the DEF and ~~FGD~~* comments declare them to be 3 or 6.

Note: Working on a Copper-derived mod, so I'm noting things I find as I find them. May or may not get around to submitting PRs

*oops, I misread that, it's just the DEF (QUAKED) comments that are incorrect. Hmm, anyone still use the DEF files?
