[docs] Provide more useful initial documentation

• Write more useful docs in the packages/docs stories. Now that it supports MDX, it should be easier.

Should include:

• Installation
• Configuration (explaining all options)
• How to write stories (JSX, TSX, MDX)
• Addons system
