modal view is not an option

My User Agent is "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:127.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/127.0" , rpm is firefox-127.0.2-1.fc40.x86_64 on Fedora 40 and I installed latest version of the translator extension but it does not allow me to see it in modal view. only on a new window. the option does not even show up. I enabled popup on my browser but even doing it , it does not enable modal option in the plugin configuration tab. is this a bug or a feature? :)
