translate.google.cn server is useless, pls update, thks!

Google have set translate.google.cn server down, so China's user can't use this addon; please remove this config, and add a proxy option(sock,http) help China's user to use this addon. Thanks a lot!

I have mine set to Global, but it still redirects to .cn
