Describe the Feature you'd like

I'd like to see a new feature in the Data Monitor app that sends a notification to users when a new app accesses the network for the first time.

Why do you want this feature?

Security: This feature would help users to identify apps that are trying to access their data without permission.

Transparency: This feature would give users a better understanding of how their data is being used.

Additional context

There are a number of other apps that already offer this feature, such as GlassWire. However, I believe that it would be even more valuable if it were included in the Data Monitor app.

I also believe that this feature would be relatively easy to implement, as the Data Monitor app already has the ability to monitor all network traffic on the device.
