Scroll to top of page when you click a link in docs

In the docs, when I click on a sidebar link, scroll down to read a bit, then click on another sidebar link, it doesn't jump me back to the top of the page.

For instance, I can be reading "Advanced Usage" then click "Custom Animations" and I'll be halfway down the page. 😩

docz uses @reach/router so this might help: https://github.com/reach/router/issues/242

I've raised two issues with docz https://github.com/pedronauck/docz/issues he's just slow to reply/merge PRs ATM 😅

I'll see if I can solve it in user land without a ton of code 👍
