Add Drezel warning check to teleports

Similar to issue #232

Game.getSetting(302) >= 61 might not be enough for barrows teleport, but not sure.

Sorry that I haven't responded to this in so long. Varp 302 value of 61 or higher means you've been given permission to go to Morytania. are you seeing issues with these teleports?
