Solution:

Install back-end development tools.

• DbVisualizer > Replace it for Workbench
• NeatBeans
• NeatBeans Drupal Plugins
• Xdebug debugger
• Coder (Using coder.module to auto-format your code with drush)
• XHProf Code Profiler
