[Bug] Erika SPY glasses "disappear" when Womb tattoo "activates"

To Reproduce

1. Image 1 Go to '...' Character Erika TAB
2. Click on '....'Female details TAB
3. Image 2 Scroll down to '....' Womb Tattoo "Toggle ON"
4. Image 3 See error (Erika's SPY Glasses are still "equipped" BUT not ON her)
