Performance degraded since recent update

Describe the bug

• My fps varies wildly while playing the game. dropping to single digits regularly.
• This started happening after one of the more recent patches. Earlier build had smooth frames no problems at all.
• On the title screen the fps is stable and high 60fps, when i enter harem mode and the avatar model loads, some times it remains at 60 but other times the fps drops to single digits for a few seconds. if i stay on the screen and the avatar is idling the fps will become stable at 60 after waiting varying amounts of time.
• it also happens while in a map on the station or nightclub. fps will be smooth 40-50 then randomly drop to single digits.
• i tested while i was alone in a session there was no problem, then people started joining the session, and after a few guys joined the fps drops started again. the fps will drop for like 5 to 15 seconds or more then shoot back up to 40-50.
• i tested by hiding every player in the session, all other players where invisible and it was still happening.
• i think it might be related to network communication events.
• when there are no other players or they are just standing around or in bondage its fine, but if a bunch for them are running around or doing experiments the fps drops start happening randomly and the game turns into a slide show for a few seconds.
• I've also been experiencing a lot of rubber banding and teleporting while walking around, my theory is the game is freezing or pausing when it loses connection to the server. but I'm a novice and don't know what I'm talking about.
• i think the freezes and fps drops in the harem mode main menu is also due to network communication causing some issue.
• also happens sometimes when i activate the inspection mode to like or study other experiments. game will drop fps mostly at this time, but not always.
• fps always returns to high if i wait a bit.
• only happens when playing fallen doll.
• there have been sessions were fps drops were few and far between, there were many players in the session and gameplay was smooth with the occasional fps drop to single digits. so i don't think its my computer that's has a problem running the game, i think its the game that has a problem.
• i use a vpn too.
• fps and stuttering also happens when someone is spamming likes, recovers a few seconds after the last like is given.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. go to harem mode or any map
2. fps will randomly drop to single digits and return after some seconds.

Expected behavior game should run smoothly at high fps continuously like in previous versions.
