Clothing Custom Presets locked for Juzi despite having purchased the character

I have purchased the Juzi character. Clothing Custom Presets are locked for Juzi, and when I try to save an outfit, I get the warning message "incorrect parameter" Please could the custom preset be available to save and recall an outfit for this character?
