[Ver0.8.2c][UI] Buttons on the right side of the animation menu is blocked by the scene event notifications

Describe the bug When the scene event notification text in the upper right corner is too long, you cannot click the right side buttons of the animation menu.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enter a harem mode room with many notifications in the upper right corner.
2. Press E to enter the animation menu.
3. Try to swtich categories by press the buttons in the upper right.
4. See error

Expected behavior As shown in the first picture below, the category buttons on the right side of the animation menu is blocked by the notification text in the upper right corner, making it impossible to press it. The second picture is for comparison. The three buttons on the left are not blocked and they can be pressed.
