Make MarkdownConverter available for all reporters
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The html reporter includes a markdown coverter MarkdownCoverter that transforms basic markdown elements (lists, preformatted) into HTML. With the upcoming ux reporter at least two reporters with html output are available. Therefore the reuse of the markdown to html converter would be useful.

Move the MarkdownConverter into openfasttrace-api to make it public available.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Incorporate markup support into the importers and normalize SpecificationItem.description . This would allow to support more markup formats but still a public API to tranform the normalized format to e.g. HTML would be necessary.
