[Feature Request] Act as a scraper only where it interacts with only overseer

So ive been messing with this and the goal is not to have instant streams available but to have plex_debrid always pass a cached torrent to my debrid provider cloud which then rdtclient will automatically download to a folder called "manual" which radarr/sonarr scans and see's which then gets auto organized into the correct directory for plex. this isnt perfect though

If this was instead somehow an indexer for all the arr's this would be much better as then they would always get cached torrents but with the following changes this could pretty much work i believe

i got this all working somewhat correctly by doing the following

Turned off auto-remove from watchlist - this allows overseer to pass the request to the arr's plex_debrid auto sends the torrent to cloud rdtclient starts the download (to general folder as theres no tag system....yet? :') ) connected to overseerr (not sure if that does much though) overseerr sends request to -arr's added a new rdtclient called rdtclient-manual now that the -arr's have the request from overseerr they can see the download progress of that manual folder which they can then automatically organize into the correct library folders lol

so yeah this would be alot easier if there was a way for plex_debrid to only interact with overseerr/jellyfin which would trigger plex_debrid to start scraping for cached torrents or somehow make this into an indexer that sonarr/radarr can use.

i know asking alot lol really if you just added the option to have an request system only mode instead of messing with plex and a tag system somehow for folders that would make things alot easier.
