Feature Request: Ignored Media Flow to Arrs
Hi there - while PD is great for the vast majority of content, there are certain shows, or movies, that never make their way into trackers (private or public) and are only available on Usenet. One option I thought about would be that it might be possible to - while marking content as ignored - simultaneously mark the content as monitored in Sonarr or Radarr. I believe these both have API calls that could be used to mark content as monitored, but I don't know for sure. I already took a look and while it seems like you could use an Import List within the Arrs to mark content as monitored, it is all or nothing - in other words a single episode of a show missing would lead to the whole show being downloaded through Usenet in this setup.
The flow would then be:
- Seek content in PD
- Mark content as Ignored after attempts completed
- Indicate Ignored status in Ignored Service - Trakt or Local
- Get Episode ID/Movie ID of Ignored item
- Check using Arr API if Show/Movie already added/monitored
- Use Arr API to mark Episode ID/Movie ID as monitored
- Arr manually requests Show/Movie from Usenet
As an example if show A has 10 episodes in the first season, and if episode 10 is not available through any Trackers it would lead to a structure of:
- rclone_mount/A - S01E01...
- rclone_mount/A - S01E09
- sonarr_folder/A - S01E10
The user would then have to add both the rclone_mount and sonarr_folder to their Plex library and view it as one seemless season.
Another idea I had was that once the artifical sorting branch is in better shape it could be used to mark content as available on disk within the Arrs, and then mark a delay before seeking content in Sonarr or Radarr.
Thanks for considering.
