Feature request: Add support for episodes/content source dependent versions/version flags

I would love to see these 4 things:

1. Ability to import episodes trakt lists.
2. Ability to have versions based on source content. e.g A) content source requirement : == trakt-list1 This would be useful for example if you want a version to apply only for a specific trakt list.
3. Ability to have a version flag "assume available": "true" Which skips the check for airtime for that specific version. This would be useful for the situations like today where the last of us s01e05 was released but the schedules on trakt and plex were not updated.
4. Ability to have a version flag "ignore library": "true" Which disables the check to see if the (movie/show/episode) it's already in your library. This would be useful for upgrading your files. For example with movies you can have trakt list with 4k remuxes. and it will then add the 4k remuxes once it appears in the list even if you already had the movie in your library. The tricky part would be to implement a way to only scrape it once from the list, preferably even after plex restart.
