website_sale_checkout_store error with OCA/e-commerce/website_sale_default_country

Not sure where the bug is. If the modules are installed independently, they are working great. Once the two modules are installed together there is an error when it comes to the page where the address is to be entered.

Just guessing it is a template issue. Maybe it is because one of the modules are hiding the fields.
