Please provide maven artifacts of validationtool and config

Please provide maven artifacts in any maven repo for validationtool and configuration. Can be combined with this FR: https://github.com/itplr-kosit/validator/issues/33

If I want to integrate the validationtool I have to check it out and create an artifact on my own. Thats not difficult, but a separate Task Todo. For integration it would be easier to use an dependency with maven oder gradle.

we've not published to maven central due to organisational problems. What to do is clear, from a technical perspective. But things like package names. group names, domain name, certificate owner are not settled yet.

I'll try to priorize this.

Will the package registry of projekte.kosit.org become (read-)public or are you still planning on publishing to Maven Central, eventually?

In the meantime, I published the validation tool on Maven Central (https://search.maven.org/artifact/de.kosit/validationtool/, current version [1.4.2] only atm, will publish older versions later).
