iOS Safari 初次开启页面输出为空白图的老 bug

输入 url 或 跳转进入页面的第一次，生成图像时 ctx.getImageData 获取到的数据会变成 [0,0,0,0,0,0,0...]

再次刷新页面 或者 回退前进 时会恢复正常

加了超长时间的 loading 画面，现在触发的概率大幅度降低了，但还不是零🫠
