[Bug] Deprecated Gradle features were used in this build, making it incompatible with Gradle 6.0.

@techbyte24 we solve the same problem by upgrading gradle plugin version to 4.2.2 in baseGradle template and custom gradle binary of version 6.9.4 (can be downloaded from gradle.org releases page)...
