Not route found, and no message

Hi, Im doing a project in which I need to find the shortest route, I am doing an solution space in where I put the distance between two points, I am using Mexico database from the official page from OSM. what happens is when I try to do it with two specific points it crashes and it doesn't appear any messages, like this} Itinero.Exceptions.RouteNotFoundException: ''

the points were -89.62259, 20.9712 and -89.62489, 21.0232162 and the profile was car.shortest
