Console warnings and errors

  • After selecting pronounce, the Firefox Web Console shows a bunch of identical warnings:

    unreachable code after return statement [Learn More]

    each pointing to a line in mespeak.js. Edit: Same thing on meSpeak's page, predictably I guess. It's an issue with meSpeak.

  • Then, if you refresh the page, it throws an error:

    InvalidStateError: An attempt was made to use an object that is not, or is no longer, usable

  • Chrome doesn't say anything similar, but it does let you know that it gets a 404 error when trying to reach the favicon.
