Add web support

Add support for react-native-web. Not fully sure if it should use the non standard (and sandbox restricted) FileSystem API, or a hidden input tag, or emulate a gilesystem using IndexedDB...

I'm having the same issue, didn't know react-native-fs wasn't supported by react-native-web.

Seems now there's a Filesystem API standard, it's not just Chrome only anymore...
