Feature Request: Ticket CC

Should be able to copy people into ticket replies

  • As a one off
  • To all future replies

Will convert watchers and cc's to "Collaborators"

We have updated the ticket reply UI to accomodate the different use cases (internal notes, notes that the customer can see in the portal if they check, and customer visible notes that also send an email notification), however we still are missing a way to send a one-off email to someone otherwise unrelated to the ticket.

Still unsure how exactly to approach this.
