Feature Request: Changes and Problems

Hey Johnny,

Again probably more of a feature once we've got past 1.0, but I think eventually the ability to track changes and problems (repeating issues/known errors) would be handy.

Changes

  • Client & Contact
  • Assigned to
  • Name/Description
  • Related Assets - multiple
  • Start date time / End date time
  • Implementation steps
  • Testing steps
  • Rollback steps
  • Approvals
  • Stages: Draft/Authorise/Implement/Complete
  • Success/Failed
  • Public and private notes
  • Email to / from client contact

Problems

  • Client & Contact
  • Name / Description / Alert detail
  • Assigned to
  • Problem current status
  • Problem workaround
  • Related assets
  • Related tickets
  • Stages: Initial / Under investigation / Resolved / Known Error

I just wanted to say thanks for all you've put in so far. ITFlow has such great potential!! Whilst I'm not a developer by title, I'm keen to help in any way I can.
