Review linters exceptions

To move faster while adding flake8 and pylint, we've to add some exceptions, which should be reviewed.

How bad it is? Could you add a bit mode details in the description :) Links, list of exceptions - etc (overall, I would suggest to keep adding context to tickets - it helps a lot when we have new people/community).

I wouldn't say it's too bad. I'll include this in milestone for Beta so we plan to address it the near future.
