Being responsive in long operations in CLI

While running mlem deploy create myservice, sometimes it takes forever to Build/Push docker image. Would be good to give some sign MLEM is alive and operation is progressing. Otherwise you can think it's just hanging somewhere. It may also apply to other commands, like pack.

@mike0sv, do we need this now? Only addition I can think of (on top of what's already there) is to show docker build steps or some spinner like tqdm. Not sure it's needed now in the current stage. WDYT?

We def need this, but probably not now. We have docker logs if MLEM_DEBUG=true for now
