Hi. I see this is approved but the docs changes are still the Cmd Ref and Get Started. Are we moving this info to the UG? (I still think that's a much better place.)

I still have the same opinion. Good content but not for the Get Started.

for clarification:

• I agree it doesn't fit where it currently is
  • Further, I think it doesn't fit anywhere at all due to underlying issue #3630
    • Which in turn is blocked by https://github.com/iterative/dvc/issues/7866
