Revert NVIDIA/nvidia-docker#995 & NVIDIA/nvidia-docker#994 once https://github.com/NVIDIA/nvidia-container-toolkit/issues/257 is resolved

@0x2b3bfa0 my workflow started to have this issue right after https://github.com/iterative/cml/pull/995 and https://github.com/iterative/cml/pull/994 was pushed. Is this related to my issue?

@casperdcl my issue NVIDIA/nvidia-docker#860 was fixed temporary for a few days and now i am facing driver errors again.
