Add TPI section to home page
As discussed in TPI release meetings, we want to add a TPI section to the home page.

Should we introduce a new page section for TPI? My concern with Use Cases - we are mixing up two products/types-of-use-cases in a single page and it might confuse users.
Thanks @julieg18. I think the idea is a new section further down on the landing page rather than a new tab here.
Effectively the message is "under-the-hood, CML runner is built on top of TPI (see our docs)."

Sounds good! Updated the issue. Do we have any ideas/preference on what we want this new section to include?
