Loosing merged window tabs setting when program is restarted

Hi, unfortunately, Cyberduck does not remember merged tabs (multiple browsers in one window) when the program get closed and restarted.

I can reproduce the described behavior.

I'm frustrated with the same issue also. Wish when you opened the app again that all the tabs would stay merged in the same window.

A feature request if that's not possible to fix would be to be able to OPTION click the WINDOW>MERGE ALL WINDOWS command, so that it changed to MERGE ALL BUT TRANSFERS WINDOW.

Mac computers, OSX Big Sur, OSX Monterey.
