[Documentation Request] Add FAQ page

Today at kubeCon EU during the iter8 presentation Live Experiments with K8s Applications: Pitfalls and How to Avoid Them - Fabio Oliveira & Srinivasan Parthasarathy, There were a lot of good questions asked.

It would be good to create a page with FAQ and source from those.

This issue can be use to discuss the FAQ to include
