'Extract subdiagram' refactoring is applicable in the context of synchronization nodes but should not.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. see the screenshot attached
2. after applying the refactoring error markers will occur

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Since the refactoring does not produce a valid statechart it must be disabled 
for that case.
