StartProcessWithLogon need examples

failed to make osex.StartProcessWithLogon() work. can you provide _test or examples of usage?

passing attrs as nil make validation fail. as i see it must use default ones. but default struct miss .Files slice... somehow i've pass validation and have 87 error code from dll. ^)

good to know how correct pass streams to .Files to get output of process thank you
