Windows 7 Classic theme title bar displays over the custom titlebar

I'd like to ask for an option to disable the custom taskbar. Anything that changes the name of the window, makes the classic title bar appear until the window is minimised and maximised again. This does not affect controls or cause any issues other than just looking weird.
