Feature request: notifications for reviews received

I just learned that my published games are receiving reviews by watching someone leave me one on stream! I had no idea that feedback was coming to me. Any chance we can get [an option to receive] email notifications of incoming reviews? (I would also personally opt into them for star ratings that didn't include text reviews, although I can understand why some folks wouldn't.)

Would love to see this feature! Sometimes I get notifications for a new follower and to figure out which game they came from, I have to go into each game and check the reviews.
