Adding Windows Support and upgrading yq

Hi,

Have update the code to :

  1. Use the yq 4.25.2+ as the current code was using deprecated syntax
  2. Modified release to include windows package.

I have no way to test this. If the community really need this, we can think about adding automated tests, otherwise I suggest you fork

Hey, I have built binaries as release here -> https://github.com/varkrish/kubectl-neat/releases.

Its a bit old but should work well.
