API documentation on the web

At numerous points in the web documentation, it would be useful to link to API documentation that outlines the types and parameters. Right now, I find that I have to have the code open in another window to refer to docstrings.

In the meantime there's this page, though it doesn't seem to understand the L{Action} format that eliot uses.
