@Twisterking for sure, this changestreams observer driver should be the most compatible with oplog as possible in the first version. but the performance tunning will come as a second step

Search index updated, all queries working note we havent `Meteor.loginWithToken` (and it must to be inside accounts) docs, I opened an issue about it [here](https://github.com/meteor/meteor/issues/13641)
@jankapunkt you are right, it looks like the search is unstable in general. I renamed the issue to `Docs v3: unstable search` and reopened this issue; I'll take a look...
