UX: Add placholder texts to features/ screenshots/ videos and awards text input fields

I think it would improve the UX of the web-app if we would add placeholdertexts to the fields that don't have them right now.

For the features-input-field we could add something like: "Medical Case Management" eg. > to me thats seems like an example of a random feature that software can have.

For the screenshots-input-field we could add a fictional path to an image-file: "/img/screenshots/screenshots_dashboard_1.png"

For the videos-input-field we could add a fictional path to a video-file: "/img/screenshots/dashboard_tutorial.mp4"

For the awards-input-field we could add a fictional award: "Best European Medical App of 2025"

For the logo-input-field we could add a fictional path to the image-file: "/img/logo.png"
