Missing release version in the Web UI

Subject of the issue

The web UI doesn't have any reference about which commit or release version was compiled on.

Steps to reproduce

Open the web ui see no Github commit reference or release version is visible.

Expected behaviour

As user I want to see which Web UI version I'm using, to compare its behaviour with development, so that I can submit valid issues in the repository.

Actual behaviour

No visible version available.
