Contacts not marked as required

Subject of the issue

The editor generates an error if the Contacts are left blank even though it is not marked as required.

Steps to reproduce

Add all information properly except Contacts.

Expected behaviour

It should generate a file.

Actual behaviour

It gives an error, listing Contacts.

Possibly, the Contacts heading should get a * after it to show that it needs to be filled in.
