(Partially) import publiccode in presence of minor errors or omissions

Subject of the issue

Import what can be imported from a publiccode.yml file with minor errors.

Steps to reproduce

Remove a mandatory field from a publiccode.yml file. Press "import" and import it.

Expected behaviour

I'd like to see the fields loaded in the form and have a chance to fix the rest.

Actual behaviour

The editor runs the validator and refuses to load the file.
