[BUG] Disabled form documentation

Describe the bug

The doc states that set a disabled attribute on the fieldset should be sufficient to disable all the included elements, but is not actually true, as it only applies to the Submit button.

Expected behavior Documentation should clearly state what components require an explicit disabled attribute, and which ones don't.
