[BUG] Make treeshake comment on pr workflow work for forked repos

Describe the bug Currently the Treeshake job is failing on the commenting task because of GITHUB_TOKEN not available for forked repos.

Expected behavior The job should just work.

Additional context In here it seems that using the pull_request_target event with a specific checkout set of params should work.
